With offices in the Rio Grande Valley, Reynosa, and Monterrey, we support customers on both sides of the border who depend on reliable compressed air to keep production running.About the RoleWe're looking for a growth-minded Service Manager to lead service operations across all three of our offices. This role is based in our US office and reports directly to ownership. The right person treats the service department as a revenue engine, not a cost center, and builds long-term customer relationships through every visit.ResponsibilitiesLead, schedule, and develop service technicians across our US, Reynosa, and Monterrey officesGrow service revenue through preventive maintenance agreements, rentals, repairs, upgrades, and parts salesIdentify sales opportunities in the field and work with the sales team to close themOwn key customer relationships and serve as the escalation point for service issuesSet and track KPIs for response time, technician utilization, first-time fix rate, and service profitabilityReview and approve service quotes, labor estimates, and job costingEnsure safety, quality, and documentation standards are met at all locationsCoordinate parts availability and inventory with purchasingTravel regularly between the Rio Grande Valley, Reynosa, and MonterreyQualifications5+ years of experience in industrial service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleBackground in compressed air systems strongly preferred; rotating equipment, industrial HVAC, or similar industrial service consideredProven track record of growing service revenue or a service customer baseFluent in English and Spanish, spoken and writtenValid US passport and ability to cross the border regularlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable with CRM, service management, and reporting toolsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with manufacturing customers in the maquiladora/nearshoring marketKnowledge of compressed air brands, controls, and system auditsTechnical training or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fieldsCompensation & Benefits$5K/month startingPerformance bonus and commissionCompany vehicle providedHealth insurance and PTO providedProParts is an equal opportunity employer.
