If yes, this internship opportunity is for you!We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our research and innovation team for a 6-month period.You will participate in all stages of the research process, from literature review, hypothesis formulation, experimental design, data collection, data analysis, to result interpretation and disseminationGoals & tasksDuring this period, working closely with our scientific experts, you will:contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of novel computational approaches, with a particular emphasis on building static networks,developing predictive models for clinical and biological applications, exploring dynamic inference methods to capture evolving processes, and applying hybrid modeling strategies that integrate data-driven and mechanistic approaches to complex biological systems.Education and skillsStudent in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.Experience in programming using Python, R, or other languages.Experience or strong interest in predictive modelling.Interest in complex biological systems (genetics, epigenetics, molecular biology, physiopathology).Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to generate and test novel hypotheses.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
