Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer

Position: CFD Engineer

Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite).Duration: Fulltime Key Requirements:5-7 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) AnalysisBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringHands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent and/or OpenFOAMStrong expertise in Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Aero Thermal Analysis, and CFD SimulationsExperience developing, validating, and verifying CFD models using experimental and theoretical dataAbility to analyze simulation results and provide design optimization recommendationsExperience supporting construction equipment, heavy equipment, or earthmoving equipment is preferredStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

Perform CFD analysis related to fluid flow, heat transfer, aerodynamics, acoustics, and thermal managementDevelop and execute simulation models using Fluent/OpenFOAMValidate simulation results and provide engineering recommendationsSupport product design, testing, and performance improvement activitiesParticipate in project review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teamsPrepare technical reports, presentations, and analysis documentation
