Compute Manager

PurposeLead the management and optimization of the organization's compute infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of server, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage enterprise compute infrastructure, including physical, virtual, and cloud platforms. Ensure high availability and performance of compute services. Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning. Oversee system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery activities. Manage infrastructure incidents, changes, and problem resolution. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. Coordinate with vendors and technology partners. Drive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including leadership responsibilities.
