Computer Aided Design Drafter

Job Description: CAD DraftsmanWe’re Hiring!We are seeking an experienced CAD Draftsman to join our team for Saudi Aramco–approved and others Potential clients’ projects, ensuring high-quality construction, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.Role PurposeResponsible for preparing, revising, and maintaining accurate engineering drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with engineering and project teams.Key Responsibilities• Prepare engineering and construction drawings using AutoCAD.• Modify drawings based on engineering comments and site conditions.• Prepare plans, sections, details, layouts, and as-built drawings.• Maintain drawing numbering and revision control.• Coordinate drawing requirements with engineers and site personnel.• Incorporate approved red-line markups into final as-built drawings.• Ensure drawings comply with applicable project/client drafting standards.• Maintain organized electronic drawing records.Qualifications & Experience• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline.• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience preferred.• Industrial/EPC/construction experience preferred.Technical Competencies• AutoCAD, strong proficiency required.• Engineering drawing interpretation.• Drawing revision/control.• As-built documentation.• Knowledge of relevant mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, or multidisciplinary drawings.• AutoCAD Plant 3D/Revit or similar tools are an advantage depending on project requirements.GENERAL RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTSCandidates should demonstrate:• Relevant academic/technical qualifications for the position.• Relevant industrial, construction, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC experience.• Good written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams.• Strong commitment to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.• Professional accountability and ability to work in a developing project organization.• Previous Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or other major Saudi industrial clients is an advantage where relevant to the position.• English communication capability appropriate to the position.HEMAMCO reserves the right to assess candidates against project-specific client requirements, professional certifications, technical competencies, and relevant experience before final selection.
