Computer Hardware Technician

The Laptop Technician Card Level is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The technician will diagnose, repair, and replace laptop components and cards, ensuring devices meet performance and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting hardware and software troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and handling printer support when required. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams or customers, documenting repair activities, and maintaining inventory of parts and tools. The technician will also interact with users to understand issues, explain resolutions, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for laptop hardware, software, and card-level repairs.Candidates should possess Printer Support skills, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of printers and related peripherals.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with users, understand issues, and provide clear, professional updates.Diploma or certification in electronics, computer hardware engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Hands-on experience in laptop repair, component replacement, and ESD-safe handling practices is beneficial.Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and follow standard operating procedures for repair and quality checks.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Familiarity with basic operating system installation, configuration, and data backup practices is an advantage.EMAIL : ruksar.harge@ipsl-global.comCONTACT : 9004304049
