This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components that meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and work orders, selecting and installing appropriate tooling, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine checks to ensure safe and efficient operation. The CNC Machinist inspects finished parts for accuracy, documents production and quality results, and communicates any issues with supervisors or engineers to support continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all safety, environmental, and company policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including safe setup, operation, and adjustment of CNC equipment.Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills for producing precise metal components to specification.Candidates should possess Quality Control skills for inspecting parts, using measurement tools, and documenting results.Candidates should possess practical experience with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.Technical diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related field.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Basic proficiency with measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness.Ability to work on-site in Dhahran, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing production priorities.
