If you have extensive experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC lathes, programming with G & M code, and machining precision components to tight tolerances, we'd like to hear from you.This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes to manufacture precision-machined components.Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G & M code.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.Monitor machining operations and make tool offsets and process adjustments as needed.Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues to maximize efficiency.Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.7+ years of CNC lathe setup and machining experience.Experience programming and editing G & M code.Strong experience operating multi-axis CNC lathes.Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.Knowledge of tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining best practices.Proficient with precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and bore gauges.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Pay & Benefits$35.00-$42.00 per hour, depending on experience.Overtime opportunities available.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.401(k) with company match.Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.Stable, full-time position with a growing manufacturer.
