Abdul Kalam Technical University)## About the InstitutionTechno Group of Institutions is inviting applications from dynamic and dedicated academicians for its Computer Science Department, offering BCA and MCA programs affiliated with the University of Lucknow and AKTU, to join as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor.## Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures, practicals, and tutorials for BCA and MCA students.- Design and update curriculum, course content, and lesson plans in line with current industry and academic standards.- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research work.- Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and maintain academic records.- Undertake research, publish papers in reputed journals/conferences, and contribute to the institution's academic output.- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development activities.- Mentor students on academic and career matters; support placement and skill-development initiatives.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in computer science/IT to keep teaching content relevant.- Contribute to accreditation, NAAC/NBA documentation, and other institutional compliance requirements as needed.## Eligibility Criteria### Assistant Professor- M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) with first class or equivalent.- Ph.D. preferred (as per UGC/AICTE norms); NET/SET qualification an advantage.### Associate Professor- Ph.D. in Computer Science/IT with relevant teaching/research experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.- Minimum required years of teaching/research/industry experience post-Ph.D.- Good record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.### Professor- Ph.D. in Computer Science/IT with substantial teaching/research/industry experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.- Strong publication record and demonstrated academic leadership.- Experience in guiding Ph.D./M.Tech scholars preferred.*(Exact qualification and experience criteria should align with current UGC/AICTE regulations and university affiliation requirements.)*## Desired Skills- Strong subject knowledge across core CS areas (Programming, DBMS, Data Structures, AI/ML, Networking, etc. — customize as per requirement).- Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills.- Research aptitude with willingness to publish and pursue funded projects.- Ability to mentor and motivate students.## What We Offer- Competitive salary as per UGC/institutional pay scale.- Opportunities for research funding, conference participation, and professional development.- Collaborative and growth-oriented academic environment.**To Apply:**Send your CV at careers@tims.edu.in
