The faculty member will design and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops in core computer science and information technology topics aligned with industry needs. Responsibilities include developing and updating curricula, creating learning materials, and assessing student performance through assignments, projects, and exams. The role involves mentoring students on technical concepts, job readiness, and interview preparation, as well as providing feedback to help them improve their skills. The faculty member will collaborate with academic and training teams to refine teaching methodologies, integrate emerging technologies into the syllabus, and support institutional initiatives related to placements and skill development.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Information Technology, with the ability to teach core concepts clearly and effectively.Proficiency in Programming (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, or similar languages) and related software development practices.Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices, with the capability to introduce learners to secure coding and system protection basics.Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing course outlines, creating teaching materials, and aligning content with industry requirements.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.Prior teaching, training, or corporate facilitation experience, preferably in technical or placement-focused environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to enhance instruction and student engagement.Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with emerging technologies, and adapting content to current industry trends.
