The team is driven by a mission to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Science Faculty role based in Madurai. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging lectures, lab sessions, and workshops on core computer science and information technology topics aligned with placement preparation goals. Responsibilities include developing and updating curriculum and course materials, preparing assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. The role involves mentoring and guiding students on programming concepts, cybersecurity fundamentals, and industry best practices, as well as supporting their interview and job-readiness skills. The faculty member will collaborate with other educators and the program team to ensure content quality, maintain academic rigor, and incorporate current industry trends into teaching.Qualifications Strong foundation in core Computer Science and Information Technology concepts, with the ability to teach them clearly and effectively.Proficiency in Programming (such as C, C++, Java, Python or similar languages) and practical experience in applying these skills to real-world problems.Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices, and the ability to introduce students to secure coding and basic security frameworks.Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment strategies aligned with placement outcomes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience, preferably with college students or early-career professionals.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a student-centric approach and the ability to simplify complex topics.Comfort working with diverse learner groups and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices.Ability to work on-site in Madurai and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve program quality.
