The mentor will guide students through core computer science concepts, coding practices, and interview preparation, using structured curricula and practical exercises. Daily responsibilities include delivering interactive classroom sessions, conducting doubt-clearing discussions, reviewing student assignments and projects, and providing individualized feedback. The mentor will also help design and refine course content, support test preparation for placement drives, and collaborate with the academic team to improve training effectiveness. The role involves continuous engagement with learners, tracking their progress, and encouraging a growth mindset to help them transition into successful tech careers.Qualifications Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming).Proficiency in at least one popular programming language (such as C, C++, Java, or Python) and familiarity with coding best practices.Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, with strong mentoring, teaching, and communication skills.Experience with technical interview preparation, problem-solving sessions, and guiding students through placement processes.Comfort with classroom facilitation, session planning, and using digital tools to support learning.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, corporate training, or edtech environments is an advantage.Commitment to an inclusive, student-centered learning environment and willingness to work on-site in Kanyakumari district.
