The company is committed to empowering learners with practical, job-ready skills and mentorship.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Computer Science Mentor – NET / SET Qualified or Ph.D. holder. The mentor will design and deliver concept-focused sessions in core computer science subjects, guide learners through problem-solving strategies, and support exam and placement preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating structured learning materials, conducting interactive classes, clarifying doubts, and offering personalized academic and career guidance. The role involves evaluating learner progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback, and refining teaching approaches based on learner performance and industry trends. The mentor will also collaborate with other trainers and the program team to enhance course content and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.Qualifications NET / SET qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline, or a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering.Strong foundation in core computer science areas such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, and computer networks.Experience in mentoring, teaching, or training undergraduate or postgraduate students in technical subjects.Ability to design structured curricula, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with competitive exams and placement requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.Comfort with using digital tools, coding platforms, and learning management systems to deliver and track training.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach to mentoring.Prior exposure to campus recruitment or placement training programs is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program outcomes.
