The role involves driving the complete AI lifecycle—from architecture and algorithm design to model optimization, validation, and deployment—while collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver scalable healthcare AI solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.11–14 years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or AI Systems Engineering.Strong programming expertise in Python.Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.Strong understanding of Algorithms, System Design, Software Engineering, Model Evaluation, and AI Model Optimization.Experience with inference optimization and deployment using TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.Experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.Strong collaboration and technical leadership skills with experience working across global teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with Agentic AI workflows or AI-assisted software development.Experience reviewing AI-generated code and technical artifacts.Healthcare, Medical Device, or other regulated industry experience is preferred.Experience leading end-to-end AI product development and deployment.Key Interview Focus AreasCandidates will be evaluated on their practical experience in:Computer Vision and Deep Learning solutionsAI/ML system architecture and production deploymentPython programming and AI software engineeringPyTorch and/or TensorFlow implementationModel evaluation, inference optimization, and deploymentTensorRT, ONNX, and/or OpenVINOAWS/Azure cloud platforms and SageMaker/Azure MLSystem Design and scalable AI architecturesAgentic AI and AI-assisted development (if applicable)Technical leadership, architecture decisions, and stakeholder collaborationProduction AI deployments and project ownership
