Computer Vision Engineer

Experience: 3–5 years | Employment: Full-time | Location: Bengaluru, On-siteAbout the RoleControl One is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to build and deploy production-grade Vision AI systems for industrial automation, robotics, and autonomous applications.You’ll own problems across the full computer vision lifecycle — from data and model development to optimization, deployment, and real-world validation.What You'll DoDevelop and deploy systems for object detection, segmentation, tracking, pose estimation, and scene understandingTrain and optimize models using YOLO, CNNs, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related frameworksBuild real-time vision pipelines using Python, OpenCV, and GStreamerPrepare, curate, and analyze image/video datasetsOptimize and deploy models on edge/embedded platformsDebug and improve vision systems in real-world industrial environmentsIntegrate Vision AI with cameras, embedded hardware, robotics, and industrial equipmentEvaluate model performance, investigate edge cases, and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and reliabilityCollaborate with AI/ML, robotics, firmware, and hardware engineersMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and architectureWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision / deep learningStrong Python, OpenCV, and deep learning fundamentalsStrong experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and object detection/segmentationExperience taking models from prototype to productionUnderstanding of model optimization, inference performance, and real-time systemsExperience working with Linux, Git, Docker, and GStreamerStrong debugging and problem-solving skills with real-world image/video dataGood to HaveNVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX, CUDA, or model quantizationROS/ROS2 or robotics experience3D vision, depth estimation, SLAM, or sensor fusionExperience with industrial automation, manufacturing, warehouses, or autonomous systemsC++ experienceExperience mentoring junior engineersWhat You'll GetBuild and deploy AI on real industrial machinesOwn projects across the complete Vision AI pipelineWork at the intersection of AI, robotics, embedded systems, and industrial automationHigh ownership and direct impact on productsOpportunity to grow into Senior CV/AI-ML or technical leadership rolesAbout Control OneControl One is a Bengaluru-based AI startup building intelligent systems for industrial automation.We work at the intersection of robotics, computer vision, and real-world factory and warehouse environments, building Vision AI solutions that make industrial equipment smarter, safer, and more productive.
