Location: MunichAbout the companyA Munich-based startup is combining 3D computer vision, state estimation and AI so autonomous platforms for spatial intelligence and autonomy for unmanned systems.

The roleYou’ll build core parts of the perception stack, covering object detection, tracking, semantic segmentation and depth estimation. You’ll work closely with our perception leads, founders and autonomy engineers, and test your work on recorded mission data and in field trials, not just on benchmarks.What you’ll doDesign, train and deploy perception models that work reliably on real missionsBuild and improve detection, tracking, segmentation and depth estimation componentsBase design decisions on evaluation data, and help improve our datasets and metricsWork with autonomy engineers so perception outputs are useful downstreamHelp shape the architecture and roadmap of a growing perception teamWhat you bringHands-on experience building and shipping modern computer vision or perception systemsDeep expertise in at least some of: object detection, multi-object tracking, segmentation, depth estimationA track record of validating work rigorously and iterating on real-world dataMSc, PhD or equivalent practical background in Computer Vision, Robotics or a related fieldEligibility to work on defense-related projects and, where required, to obtain the relevant security clearanceWhy joinCompetitive salarySurround yourself with high caliber engineers where you are encouraged to challenge eachother.Real ownership at an early stage: shape the team, the stack and your own scope as the company growsHard problems, tested on real hardware in the field
