Concept Design Manager – Architecture | DubaiWe are hiring a Concept Design Manager to join a leading architectural design team in Dubai, focused on creating distinctive, innovative and visually striking building concepts.This role is ideal for a creative architect with strong international experience and a portfolio of unique, concept-led projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural concept design from initial vision through developed concept* Develop innovative building forms, façades, massing and overall visual identity* Lead and mentor concept architects and designers* Review and refine creative design proposals* Present design concepts to senior stakeholders and clients* Ensure high standards of creativity, functionality and architectural quality

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline* Strong experience in architectural concept design* Significant international project experience – UAE/GCC experience is not essential* Proven portfolio of distinctive, creative architectural projects* Experience with recognised international architecture/design practices is highly desirable* Previous team leadership/management experience* Strong presentation, communication and design skillsPackage: AED 30,000–35,000/month
