Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Concert & Fanzone Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering concerts, fan zones, and live entertainment activities for major events at LCSC. The role will work closely with artists, production teams, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to make sure everything is ready and runs smoothly on event day.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage concerts, fan zones, and live entertainment activities from preparation through to event day.Prepare event schedules, operational plans, production requirements, site plans, and timelines.Coordinate with artists, performers, production teams, suppliers, contractors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders.Oversee the readiness of stages, backstage areas, audience areas, fan zones, activations, and supporting facilities.Coordinate technical and production requirements, including staging, audio-visual, lighting, power, and event infrastructure.Support the planning and delivery of fan engagement activities and entertainment programmes.Work closely with operations, security, safety, logistics, and other teams to ensure everyone is aligned.Coordinate with suppliers and contractors and follow up on agreed timelines and deliverables.Support budget tracking and ensure activities remain within the agreed scope.Lead operational briefings, rehearsals, readiness checks, and event-day coordination.Resolve operational issues as they arise and support post-event debriefs and reporting.What we are looking for5–8 years of relevant experience in concerts, live entertainment, fan zones, festivals, or large-scale events.Hands-on experience delivering concerts, festivals, fan zones, or other major public events.Experience coordinating artists, production teams, suppliers, contractors, and other event stakeholders.Good understanding of live event operations, production requirements, venue readiness, and event-day delivery.Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment where priorities can change quickly.EducationBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Entertainment Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant professional qualifications and strong practical experience in major events may also be considered.Additional RequirementsCurrently based in Qatar with a valid Residence Permit (QID).Able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC), where required, for the duration of the assignment.Important NoteThis opportunity is being advertised as part of our talent planning for upcoming requirements.
