Concierge

We are looking for a Concierge to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building reception to ensure that tasks, duties and responsibilities are completed in a timeous manner to deliver our home owners / residents an exceptional living experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a key point of contact for home owners/residents and efficiently respond to their enquiries and requests.Act as an information resource by being well informed and aware of all activities and events happening within the property, other SAAS properties, and throughout Abu Dhabi.Be knowledgeable of all services associated with housekeeping, maintenance, and regulations during the handover period.Coordinate with contractors to carry out rectification work as agreed with building management.Coordinate services that tenants may avail of, schedule them, and ensure home owner/resident satisfaction with the services provided.Comply with health, safety and hygiene policy, and maintain high grooming standards.Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of guest enquiries.Keep the Concierge Desk stocked with a range of information of interest to tenants.Coordinate move-in/move-out with the necessary department.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.What We're Looking ForA welcoming, professional presence who represents the company well.Someone dependable and proactive.A team player with strong attention to detail.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative, professional work environment.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
