Zadok Jewelers, one of the largest family-owned and operated jewelry stores in Houston and Austin, Texas, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Luxury Concierge to join our Austin store’s growing team.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Luxury Concierge to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our store. The ideal candidate warmly welcomes customers and supports the store team in delivering a superior, personalized shopping experience. This role is pivotal in creating memorable moments that inspire customer loyalty and elevate the brand's reputation. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers with warmth and professionalism, both in appearance and energy, as they enter the store or approach the concierge desk.Provide exceptional customer service, including attention to detail such as offering refreshments and remembering customer preferences, including their designated sales associate.Monitor and manage the “Up System” to ensure fair distribution of customer opportunities among Sales Associates.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.Efficiently multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.Represent the company with integrity, enthusiasm, and dedicationCompetenciesStrong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.Ability to foster and maintain interpersonal relationships.Passion for luxury retail and the hospitality industry.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or luxury retail sector is preferred.Join Our Team If you’re passionate about luxury retail, excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Background check and drug screening required
