Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout Harding Medical InstituteOur members pay $350 a month so they aren't patient number 5,000. That promise is the premise of the practice, and it depends entirely on the people who work here.Harding Medical Institute is a nurse practitioner–led concierge medicine and longevity practice in MetroWest, Orlando. We provide comprehensive lab evaluation, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and executive physicals — proactive care rather than reactive care.A few things worth knowing before you apply:We're a small team, and we're hiring one person. Whoever we choose will shape our members' experience every day, so we take our time with this. We're entirely cash-pay. There's no insurance to bill and no volume to fall back on. Every member chose to spend their own money to be here.We pay close attention to details — how the phone is answered, how a blood draw feels, whether a member gets a call the day after a pellet insertion. If that's the kind of place you've been looking for, we'd like to hear from you.About the roleThe Concierge Medical Assistant is the constant presence in a member's experience with our practice. Approximately 70% of this role is clinical and patient support; the remaining 30% is patient growth — presenting provider-recommended protocols, discussing cost and membership, and ensuring members begin and stay on the care plans they came to us for.We want to be direct about that second component. Our practice is entirely cash-pay. When a provider recommends a hormone protocol or a comprehensive panel, this role is responsible for helping the member understand the value and make a decision. This requires genuine comfort discussing cost — professional and consultative, never pressured.ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and comprehensive blood draws; this is a daily, high-volume responsibilityPrepare for and assist with hormone pellet insertions, injections, and IV therapyRoom members, obtain vitals and histories, and prepare providers for each visitPresent provider-recommended protocols to members, including pricing and membership optionsConvert consultations into initiated protocols and support membership growthConduct proactive follow-up with members after protocol initiation, and re-engage lapsed membersDocument accurately in eClinicalWorks, and manage member follow-up workflows in HubSpotHandle inbound member calls with the warmth and composure of a premium hospitality front deskMaintain clinical standards, room turnover, supply management, and accurate documentationRequired qualificationsMinimum 4 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experienceMinimum 500 documented blood draws (venipuncture proficiency is essential to this role)Direct experience in a cash-pay practice environment: concierge medicine, medical spa, aesthetics, hormone therapy, or functional/integrative medicineDemonstrated experience selling treatment plans, protocols, packages, or memberships, with the ability to speak to specific resultsProfessional comfort discussing pricing and guiding patients to a decisionCurrent BLS/CPR certificationCurrent Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)Preferred qualificationseClinicalWorks (eCW) experience — this is our EMRPrimary care experience — we are a concierge primary care practice first, and longevity medicine secondExperience assisting with bioidentical hormone pellet insertionsFamiliarity with peptide protocols, GLP-1 therapies, or medical weight managementCosmetic injectables experience (neurotoxins, dermal fillers)IV therapy certificationHubSpot or comparable CRM experienceCompensation and benefits$20.00–$23.00 per hour base, commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus on new member enrollments and protocol initiations; target bonus range of $800–$1,500 per monthPaid time offComplimentary care at our practice, including hormone therapy, IV therapy, comprehensive lab work, and aesthetic servicesMonday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
