In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.In this position, you will provide personalized guest service and support a seamless and memorable stay, while managing guest requests and delivering tailored recommendations in a luxury hospitality environment.ResponsibilitiesShare knowledge of the local history, traditions, culture and key places to exploreCreate memorable and personalized experiences that exceed guest expectationsRecommend and arrange reservations for restaurants, private yacht cruises, golf lessons and other activitiesArrange transportation and other guest requests as requiredProvide check-in and check-out assistance when neededHandle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism, care and discretionFollow up on guest arrangements and requests to ensure complete satisfaction and deliver exceptional, authentic serviceRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a five-star hotel Front Office environmentExcellent command of spoken and written Greek and EnglishStrong guest service and communication skills, with a professional and positive approachStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritizeGood knowledge of Opera PMS and computer systemsAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle guest requests with professionalism and discretionStrong team player with a proactive approach and attention to detailBenefits
