Conference Producer

ESMOS Recruitment is currently looking for a Conference Producer for a leading event organiser based in Dubai.As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for the conference from inception to delivery. You will be involved in in-depth market research, identifying relevant and interesting topics, speaker acquisition, and agenda preparation aiming to offer networking opportunities for delegates, speakers and sponsors.Position Requirement:Min of 3+ years in organising international conferencesSolid in research, planning, and deliveryExpert in conference programmes, speaker acquisition, agenda preparationExcellent written and oral communications skillsStrong work ethic and attention to quality and detailAbility to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills
