Configuration Manager

This is a rare opportunity to build a Configuration Management capability from the ground up within a clean-sheet aircraft programme, working closely with senior engineering and airworthiness leaders as the organisation progresses towards certification and production.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's Configuration Management framework.Establish configuration governance, processes and change control procedures.Manage aircraft configuration baselines and product integrity throughout development.Ensure effective control of engineering changes and configuration data.Work closely with Engineering, Airworthiness and Certification teams to maintain configuration conformity.Support implementation and optimisation of PLM and Configuration Management tools.Drive best practice across the organisation as the programme matures.RequirementsSignificant Configuration Management experience within aerospace or aviation.Experience supporting new aircraft development or certification programmes.Strong understanding of engineering change control, baselines and product lifecycle management.Experience implementing or developing Configuration Management processes.Familiarity with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Polarion or similar platforms would be advantageous.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving engineering environment.PackageAED 30,000-42,000 per month (dependent on experience and qualifications).Annual performance bonus.Comprehensive family medical insurance.Schooling allowance for up to three children.Annual flight allowance.Visa and relocation support.
