**Conflicts Coordinator | Dallas, TX | $80K–$110K**CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO DALLASA leading global law firm is seeking an experienced **Conflicts Coordinator** to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal conflicts professional who has worked within an **Am Law firm environment** and is comfortable managing high-volume, time-sensitive conflicts requests.The Conflicts Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the firm’s conflicts clearance process, coordinating workflow across the team, and ensuring conflicts searches and reports are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.**Key Responsibilities:**- Monitor conflicts requests and identify urgent or high-priority matters- Coordinate and assign workflow among Conflicts Analysts and other team members- Track requests through completion and help ensure deadlines are met- Communicate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other firm personnel regarding conflicts requests, party information, status updates, and related questions- Review conflicts work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures- Serve as a resource to Conflicts Analysts regarding processes and reporting requirements- Follow up with attorneys, analysts, firm leadership, and other stakeholders regarding outstanding conflicts issues- Escalate unresolved or complex conflicts matters when appropriate- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives- Support improvements to conflicts procedures, technology, and workflows designed to increase efficiency and reduce risk- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive firm and client information**Qualifications:**- **Minimum 3 years of legal conflicts experience required**- **Prior experience working within an Am Law firm is required**- Strong understanding of legal conflicts principles, conflicts-of-interest procedures, and related professional responsibility considerations- Excellent analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Comfortable communicating directly with attorneys and other legal professionals- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems- Experience with conflicts or legal industry platforms such as **Intapp, Aderant, or similar systems** is a plus- Bachelor’s degree preferred**Location:** Dallas, TX**Salary:** $80,000–$110,000 annuallyCandidates should be able to work within **Central Time Zone business hours**, with flexibility as business needs require.If you have a strong conflicts background within an **Am Law environment** and are interested in joining a sophisticated, collaborative legal team, we encourage you to apply.
