Role PurposeConnectivity & Cloud Technology Leader will be responsible for defining, building, scaling, and monetising LTTS's global Connectivity and Cloud portfolio for the Mobility industry. The role will provide strategic, technical, commercial, and organisational leadership across connected vehicle ecosystems, cloud-native mobility platforms, vehicle-to-cloud solutions, OTA systems, V2X technologies, telematics, digital twins, data platforms, and Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives. The leader will drive innovation, customer growth, capability development, strategic partnerships, reusable platforms, and delivery excellence while positioning LTTS as a preferred engineering partner for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Fleet Operators, and Emerging Mobility Providers.Key Responsibilities1. Practice Strategy & GrowthDefine and execute a 3–5 year technology and business roadmap for Connectivity and Cloud Engineering.Own practice revenue, bookings, profitability, utilisation, and growth targets.Build differentiated offerings aligned with Connected Mobility, SDV, AI-driven Mobility, and Vehicle Data Platforms.Create investment roadmaps for reusable assets, engineering accelerators, frameworks, and platforms.Drive strategic practice transformations aligned with Mobility megatrends.2.
