Consolidation & audit manager

We’re Hiring: Consolidation & Audit Assistant Manager📍 Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for a highly skilled Consolidation & Audit Assistant Manager to join our finance team and play a key role in group reporting, financial consolidation, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) including eliminations, NCI, FX translation, and equity accounting
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, resolve mismatches, and strengthen governance
• Act as functional lead for Oracle FCCS implementation and enhancements
• Manage bookkeeping and reporting for holding entities
• Support audits, ensure compliance, and strengthen internal controls
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• CPA / CA / ACCA (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and group consolidation
• Experience with multinational operations and preferably real estate or construction sectors
• Strong Excel and financial systems expertise (Oracle FCCS preferred)
