This is a full-time, in-office position focused on the administrative and coordination side of construction projects. This is not a site-based role.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain construction project documentation, records, and filesAssist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and related documentationCommunicate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team membersTrack project schedules, outstanding items, approvals, and deliverablesAssist with permit, drawing, and consultant documentationPrepare correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and project updatesMaintain organized records of drawings, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other project documentsFollow up with trades, consultants, and suppliers as requiredSupport project managers with day-to-day project administrationAssist with general construction office operations and administrative tasksPrioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly office and company tasks, objectives, and deadlinesMonitor progress on assigned tasks and company goals, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely completionManage competing priorities effectively through strong time management and organizationQualificationsPrevious experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related construction roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookComfortable reviewing construction-related documents, drawings, contracts, and invoicesStrong follow-up and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while coordinating effectively with a teamExperience with residential construction or development is considered an asset.
