Underpinned by the financial strength and global reach of our parent company, Arada, we deliver landmark residential, mixed-use, commercial and healthcare projects across the UAE.About the roleThe Construction Engineer will be responsible for Construction Engineering, Preconstruction, Buildability, Technology and Logistics Design across our UAE projects, ensuring these strategies are effectively translated into on-site delivery. With a strong focus on Logistics, Plant & Equipment and Temporary Works, the role will support projects from early planning through to construction and on-site execution.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer to shape how landmark projects are planned, established and delivered. This is a full-time position, based between our office in Dubai Festival City, and project sites across the UAE.Key responsibilitiesLead construction engineering and buildability reviews during preconstruction, developing methodologies, staging and sequencing that improve safety, programme and cost outcomes.Design and implement site logistics plans, including site set-up, access, hoarding, laydown, crane and hoist positions, traffic management and material flow.Deliver new site set-ups hands-on, from mobilisation through to operational sites, including temporary facilities, services and authority permits.Plan, select and manage major plant and equipment, including tower cranes, hoists, MEWPs and concrete pumps, with lift plans, inspections and certification in place.Coordinate the temporary works process, covering design briefs, checks, and permits to load and strike, for formwork, falsework, propping, excavation support, scaffolding and edge protection.Use construction technologies, including BIM, 4D sequencing and digital site tools, to improve planning and delivery.Support project and programme management across all stages of the project lifecycle, making sure site execution meets contract, quality and HSE requirements.Develop standard logistics, plant and temporary works approaches and share lessons learned across the UAE portfolio.About youBachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structural), or recognised equivalent8+ years of construction engineering experience with a tier 1 or 2 contractor, ideally on high-rise, mixed-use or healthcare projectsStrong experience in logistics planning, plant selection and temporary works managementKnowledge of BS 5975 temporary works procedures; Temporary Works Coordinator training is highly regardedUAE or GCC experience, including authority permits and site establishmentThe ability to work in both preconstruction and site delivery environments and to build strong relationships with design, commercial and site teamsWhy work with us?We offer the chance to be part of a growing company delivering high-profile, major projects with long-term career potential.
