If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong contracting company background in the UAE to oversee and manage all logistics operations for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement of materials, equipment, machinery, and manpower to ensure timely project execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement logistics strategies to support construction project requirements.Manage the transportation, delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials, equipment, and machinery across multiple project sites.Coordinate with procurement, project management, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely availability of resources.Monitor logistics schedules and resolve transportation or supply chain issues to avoid project delays.Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, and utilization optimization.Oversee warehouse and inventory management activities to ensure proper storage and material tracking.Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters, suppliers, and logistics service providers.Ensure compliance with UAE transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Prepare logistics plans, reports, and performance metrics for management review.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across logistics operations.Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring efficient resource utilization and operational excellence.Coordinate heavy equipment mobilization and demobilization activities for construction projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in logistics management within a UAE contracting/construction company.Proven experience handling logistics operations for large-scale building, high-rise, villa, commercial, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of UAE transportation regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain practices.Experience in fleet management, warehouse operations, and construction material handling.Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and logistics management software.Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.Valid UAE Driving License preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with leading UAE contracting companies.Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of construction project logistics and site operational requirements.Mandatory Requirement:UAE contracting/construction industry experience is mandatory.
