Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities related to Substation projects.
- Review and interpret civil designs, drawings, and specifications for Utility/Substation/infrastructure Projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Lead site teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
- Manage interfaces between various disciplines and stakeholders.
- Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and construction plans. Identify project risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Prepare construction reports, progress updates, and management presentations.Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 12+ years of construction experience, including substations, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience working with international standards, Saudi regulations, and utility projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools.
