As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for an experienced construction professional who can turn that vision into remarkable, functional spaces.As a Construction Manager, you will lead projects from planning and design through construction, closeout, and final handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee on-site execution, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Mnzil’s standards for quality, originality, cost, and performance.🔑 What You’ll OwnOversee construction projects from initial planning and design through completion and handoverCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersReview architectural and engineering designs to ensure they are practical, coordinated, cost-effective, and aligned with the project visionDevelop and review project scopes, technical specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and pricing proposalsEvaluate contractor and supplier quotations and support commercial negotiationsEstablish project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirementsMonitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, regulations, and safety standardsTrack project costs and progress, identify budget or schedule risks, and take timely corrective actionManage design changes, variations, claims, and technical clarificationsProvide management with clear reports on project progress, costs, risks, and performanceIdentify smarter ways to improve construction methods, materials, design efficiency, and overall project valueLead project closeout, snagging, documentation, and final handover✅ What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline7+ years of experience in construction management, design coordination, and project deliveryProven experience delivering residential and commercial projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, technical specifications, pricing, and cost controlExperience reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinating across disciplinesGood understanding of contracts, tendering, procurement, variation management, and project documentationFamiliarity with Saudi building codes, permitting requirements, and health and safety standardsStrong project-management, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentAn architect’s imagination, an engineer’s precision, and a builder’s determination to never walk past something unfinishedFluent in English and Arabic🚀 Why Join Us?You’ll be joining a fast-growing prop-tech company shaping a better living experience for workers across Saudi Arabia.
