Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a high-rise building project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, site teams and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and in accordance with the required quality standards.RequirementsManage daily construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handoverLead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and workforceEnsure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statementsMonitor progress against the approved programme and implement recovery plans when requiredCoordinate structural, architectural, façade, fit-out and MEP worksManage manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics efficientlyResolve construction, technical and coordination issues in a timely mannerMonitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and safety complianceCoordinate with consultants, clients, authorities and internal departmentsEnsure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project quality requirementsPrepare regular progress, risk and performance reports for senior managementQualification And Technical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineMinimum 12 years of construction experienceProven experience as a Construction Manager on major high-rise building projectsUAE or GCC construction experience is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, planning and site managementExperience managing projects from structural works through finishing and handoverStrong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent English communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to lead large multicultural teams and multiple subcontractorsBenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePerformance BonusAnnual air ticket allowanceWhy Join IRTH Group?At IRTH Group, we're not just a company; we're a family committed to building a brighter future together.
