Construction Manager

Required Qualifications:Role DescriptionGlobe Alliance Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities across assigned projects, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and client requirements.The Construction Manager will coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments while ensuring effective execution of Civil, MEP, and related construction activities.Experience Required:Minimum 10-15 years of relevant construction experience.Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management position.Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience is strongly preferred.Experience managing Civil and MEP construction activities is highly preferred.Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams is required.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Professional engineering certification is an advantage.Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.Company DescriptionGlobe Alliance Company (GAC) is a dynamic and growing service-based organisation headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing comprehensive and integrated business solutions across multiple sectors.
