The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, including planning and coordinating construction activities, supervising site staff and contractors, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing resources and materials, maintaining safety standards, and resolving on-site issues in collaboration with project stakeholders. The Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to review plans, track project controls, prepare reports, and support timely, high-quality project delivery.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams and coordinate contractors effectively.Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, schedules, and resource allocation.Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Construction practices and methodologies for building and infrastructure projects.Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of Construction Safety standards, regulations, and best practices.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
