Construction Manager, Fit-out

Role Description The Construction Manager, Fit-out will oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from planning through handover, ensuring alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. This full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and resolving technical and operational issues. The Construction Manager will prepare and track project schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, leading project meetings, reviewing drawings and method statements, and reporting status and risks to senior management and clients. Applicants can expect to join a growing organization that values technical expertise, collaboration, and excellence in project delivery.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, with experience leading multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.Solid knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety practices, standards, and regulations.Experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential sectors.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and coordinate with design and engineering teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is an advantage.Fluency in English is required.Proven experience delivering projects in the GCC region is preferred.
