Construction Manager - Interior Fit out

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia’s high-end interior fit-out industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing luxury interior fit-out projects, coordinating site operations, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management10+ years of construction experience, Arena / stadium / large-scale entertainment venue experience is highly preferred3–5+ years in a Construction Manager / similar roleStrong expertise in interior fit-out & site operationsProven experience managing projects of varying sizes and commercial valuesStrong project exposure across Hotels, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, High-End Residential, & PalacesxStrong leadership, subcontractor and stakeholder communication & management skills
