Construction Manager - Landscape

If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape construction projects including soft and hard landscaping, irrigation systems, and external works ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of landscape construction projects, from site mobilization to handoverReview and interpret landscape architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications to plan site activitiesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives on sitePlan and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material resourcesSupervise hardscape works (paving, kerbing, retaining walls, water features) and softscape works (planting, turfing, irrigation)Ensure irrigation systems are installed, tested, and commissioned correctlyMonitor budgets, track costs, and control variations/claimsEnsure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and local municipality/authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA where applicable)Conduct quality inspections and snagging/de-snagging prior to handoverPrepare progress reports, site instructions, and documentation for management and clientsLiaise with government authorities for inspections, NOCs, and approvalsManage subcontractor performance, payments, and contractual obligationsLead and mentor site engineers, foremen, and labor teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial roleProven experience delivering landscape projects in the UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi preferred), with strong familiarity with local authority approval processesSound knowledge of UAE construction standards, irrigation systems, plant palettes suited to the regional climate, and hardscape materialsExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors on live construction sitesProficiency in reading landscape drawings, BOQs, and using project management/scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
