Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 12,000–15,000 per monthURVA Consulting is hiring a Construction Procurement Manager for a construction group expanding its operations in the UAE.

We are looking for someone who has purchased building materials for a main contractor and understands how procurement decisions affect cost, quality, and progress on site.Key responsibilitiesPlan material purchases against project schedules and requirements from site teams.Source and evaluate UAE suppliers for building construction materials.Obtain quotations, compare technical specifications and commercial terms, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.Coordinate material submissions and approvals with project and quality teams before placing orders where required.Track deliveries, resolve shortages or discrepancies, and ensure materials reach sites when needed.Maintain supplier relationships, purchasing records, and cost reports.Coordinate clearly with the Dubai project team and India-based management.RequirementsProven UAE construction procurement experience with a main building contractor.Direct experience purchasing core building materials for residential or commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of UAE construction suppliers, material specifications, pricing, and delivery practices.Experience managing the purchasing process from site requirement and supplier quotation through purchase order and delivery.Ability to work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams.Strong English communication skills.
