While you won't initially manage a team, you'll own the successful delivery and implementation of enterprise customer projects, serving as the primary delivery lead for some of our most strategic accounts. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and company leadership to ensure customers successfully adopt Kaya AI and achieve measurable operational improvements.This is not a traditional software implementation or project management role.We're looking for someone who understands how construction projects actually operate—from procurement and submittals to RFIs, schedules, document control, field coordination, and project delivery—and can translate those workflows into successful AI-powered solutions.
