Construction Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale real estate developments from pre-construction through handover. You will be accountable for time, cost, quality, and safety across assigned projects, managing contractors and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specification.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and risk registers.Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and monitor performance against contract terms.Administer variations, claims, and change orders through the formal approval process.Enforce HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance on site.Coordinate design reviews and resolve technical, interface, and site issues.Prepare regular progress, cost, and risk reports for senior management.Manage handover, snagging, testing and commissioning, and close-out documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.11+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years managing large residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract forms, cost control, and project controls.Proven record of delivering projects within budget and programme.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
