We build and manage our own projects, which means materials, finishes, and deliveries matter.The RoleYou'll be the person who makes sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time. You'll order windows, doors, trim, appliances, and finishes; track everything from purchase to delivery; run our warehouse; and keep job sites and subcontractors supplied so projects stay on schedule. If you like being the most organized person in the room and receives satisfaction from a clean tracking sheet and an on-time delivery, this role is for you.What You'll DoPlace and manage orders for windows, doors, trim, appliances, and finish materials, and confirm specs and standards before anything shipsMaintain order tracking files covering what's been ordered, what's in transit, what's arrived, and what's missingTrack finish specifications for each project so orders match the designCoordinate container arrivals, warehouse deliveries, and job site drop-offsSchedule material deliveries for subcontractorsManage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory in and outOrder supplies and fixtures through online vendors (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.)Research new materials and products, and order samples for the design teamWork directly with suppliers, project managers, and our design team to keep everything movingWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, construction coordination, or a similar roleConstruction, building materials, or real estate experience is a strong plusHighly organized and detail-oriented, the kind of person who catches the wrong spec before it shipsComfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for trackingClear, reliable communicator with vendors, subs, and the internal teamAble to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without things slippingValid driver's license and reliable transportation (regular travel between warehouse and job sites)
