This is an opportunity to lead innovative projects across the pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing sectors while overseeing field operations from preconstruction through project completion.ResponsibilitiesAttend all required preconstruction and project kickoff meetingsReview project scope, schedule, and milestones with the Project Manager before mobilizationCoordinate jobsite setup, logistics, and site safety prior to construction activitiesManage daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specificationsSupervise subcontractors, field crews, and trade partners throughout all phases of constructionCoordinate installation activities to maintain project schedules and minimize disruptionsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholdersEnsure all work meets quality standards, contract documents, and regulatory requirementsMonitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to maximize productivityGenerate and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules to support project executionVerify that all required materials, equipment, and resources are available as scheduledMaintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, site documentation, and project recordsLead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policiesIdentify and resolve field issues proactively while communicating updates to the Project Management teamSupport project closeout activities, punch list completion, and final turnover to the clientPerform other construction-related duties as requiredQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required (Construction Management or related education preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or mission-critical projectsCleanroom experience an advantage!$50m+ project experience a plusFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and industry best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel 100%What's In It For YouFinancial WellbeingCompetitive base salaryPer-diem + accommodation & travel covered!Company vehiclePerformance-based bonus opportunities401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysCareer advancement with an industry leader delivering innovative cleanroom and controlled environment solutionsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge projects supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing clients
