PAINTERS -Salary- 1200-1600 As per experienceProven experience in putty application, sanding, surface preparation and priming.Skilled in applying emulsion paint and achieving smooth, uniform finishes.Able to identify and correct surface defects, patchiness, roller marks and uneven paint coverage.Knowledge of paint application techniques, drying times and the correct sequence of preparation, priming and finishing coats. 2. CERAMIC TILE MASONS -Salary- 1200-1600 As per experienceExperienced in floor and wall tile installation.Skilled in measuring, marking, cutting and fitting ceramic tiles accurately.Knowledge of substrate preparation, tile adhesive application, levelling and alignment.Able to maintain consistent grout joints, correct spacing and clean finishing.Experienced in grouting, correcting uneven tiles and ensuring proper tile layout. 3. CARPENTERS -Salary- 1200-1600 As per experienceProven experience in measuring, cutting, assembling and installing wooden structures and fittings.Skilled in installing wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, doors, TV units and custom furniture.Knowledge of joinery, hinges, drawer runners, alignment and fitting adjustments.Able to read measurements, use carpentry tools safely and deliver accurate finishing. 4. STEEL FIXERS -Salary- 1200-1600 As per experienceExperienced in cutting, bending, placing and tying reinforcement bars.Able to interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.Knowledge of reinforcement spacing, lap lengths, tying methods and concrete cover requirements.Skilled in fixing reinforcement cages and maintaining the specified position of steel before concrete pouring. 5. CONSTRUCTION HELPERS -Salary- 1000-1500 As per experienceExperience assisting masons, painters, carpenters or other construction trades.Able to handle and transport construction materials and tools safely.Skilled in preparing work areas, mixing materials where required and maintaining site cleanliness.Familiar with PPE, manual handling and basic construction-site safety procedures. GENERAL REQUIREMENTSRelevant, hands-on experience in the specific trade applied for.Strong practical knowledge of trade-specific tools, materials and working methods.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.Immediate availability is an advantage.
