Consultant - 7mths contract

About the RoleOur client, a leader in the payments and financial technology industry, is seeking a Consultant to join their team on a 7-month contract commencing in October. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, product development initiatives, and client engagement across SME and corporate markets.The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external clients to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, support project delivery, and drive strategic initiatives. Approximately 65% of client engagement will focus on SMEs, with the remaining 35% supporting large corporate clients.About the RequirementsPartner with business development and product teams to identify client needs and contribute to the design and enhancement of payment solutions.Support the delivery and implementation of strategic projects, ensuring successful outcomes for SME and corporate clients.Develop business development materials, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing tools to support commercial growth.Lead stakeholder engagement with clients and internal teams, including interactions with Director-level and senior management stakeholders.Provide consulting expertise on emerging technologies, including AI agent projects, while analyzing business requirements and recommending practical solutions.About YouProven experience within payments, FinTech, banking, consulting, or related financial services environments, with exposure to product development and client-facing initiatives.Strong understanding of project delivery, business development, stakeholder management, and solution implementation.Demonstrated ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, analyze complex business challenges, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.About the RecruiterContact: Stanley Rozario – Senior Technical RecruiterJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
