Consultant AI and Data Consultancy

Job Purpose:The Consultant – AI & Data Consultancy is responsible for providing expert advisory services in Data Management, Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence, and Data-Driven Transformation initiatives. The role supports clients in establishing data governance frameworks, data management operating models, regulatory compliance programs, and data strategies that enable organizations to maximize the value of their data assets while complying with national regulations and industry best practices.Key Accountabilities:Provide advisory services on Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.Develop enterprise-wide data management frameworks, governance models, policies, standards, and procedures.Design and implement target-state data governance operating models and organizational structures.Support clients in defining and executing data transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Develop enterprise data management policies, standards, guidelines, and governance controls.Conduct data governance maturity assessments and provide improvement recommendations.Support compliance initiatives related to SDAIA, NDMO, NDI, NAII, and PDPL requirements.Develop Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) policies, procedures, privacy notices, and compliance frameworks.Prepare and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and related privacy documentation.Assist organizations in establishing data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and governance structures.Support data quality, metadata management, master data management, and data lifecycle management initiatives.Develop target-state data architecture and data governance frameworks aligned with business and regulatory requirements.Support regulatory readiness assessments and prepare evidence required for compliance audits and regulatory reviews.Enable clients to become data-driven organizations through effective data governance and management practices.Advise clients on data monetization strategies, use-case identification, business value realization, and implementation roadmaps.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align governance initiatives with enterprise objectives.Prepare consulting deliverables including assessments, governance frameworks, operating models, policies, reports, and executive presentations.

Minimum Qualifications
