We partner with clients to define strategy, operating models, network design, planning capabilities, sourcing and procurement strategies, inventory optimization, logistics improvement, change programs, capability roadmaps, and business engagement models that enable sustainable transformation.Role Description This full-time Consultant or Senior Consultant will support client engagements focused on Gen AI–enabled transformation, including conducting analyses, developing recommendations, and contributing to implementation plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing client-ready deliverables, and participating in workshops and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying Hackett methodologies and benchmarks, and helping clients design and optimize processes and operating models. Consultants are expected to manage workstreams or tasks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to internal initiatives such as thought leadership, knowledge development, and practice growth.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, process assessment, and development of actionable insights.Consulting or project management capabilities, such as managing workstreams, coordinating with client stakeholders, and delivering structured presentations and reports.Knowledge of or interest in Gen AI, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business improvement, with the ability to learn and apply firm-specific tools and methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues globally and remotely, while managing time and priorities independently.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, data/analytics, information systems, or a related field; consulting, transformation, or strategy experience is strongly preferred.Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; experience in large enterprises or global organizations is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and internal meetings.Addition consideration for candidates with experience in Llamasoft, Coupa, Zycus, ZipLOCATION AND TRAVEL
