Consultant Anesthesiologist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in anesthesia, perioperative care, pain management, and the management of high-risk surgical patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plansAdminister and monitor general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anesthesiaProvide anesthesia care for elective and emergency surgical proceduresMonitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters throughout surgeryManage high-risk patients and complex intraoperative emergenciesProvide postoperative care and appropriate pain managementPerform airway management, resuscitation, and other critical interventions when requiredCollaborate with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsSupport safe patient recovery and manage anesthesia-related complicationsMaintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentationParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activitiesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB/DA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in AnesthesiologySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelStrong expertise in general and regional anesthesiaExperience managing high-risk surgical patients and perioperative emergenciesExcellent clinical judgment, airway management, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilitiesBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
