We're Hiring | Consultant Breast Surgeon📍 Location: Abu Dhabi💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Consultant Breast Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis and surgical management of breast diseases, including breast cancer, benign breast conditions, and oncoplastic breast surgery.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast conditionsPerform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and other breast surgical proceduresPerform oncoplastic and reconstructive breast procedures where appropriately trainedEvaluate patients referred for breast lumps, abnormalities, and suspected malignanciesPerform and/or coordinate image-guided breast biopsies and other diagnostic proceduresParticipate in multidisciplinary breast cancer and tumor board meetingsDevelop individualized surgical and treatment plans in collaboration with oncology, radiology, pathology, and other specialtiesProvide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-upMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety and careSupport screening, early detection, and multidisciplinary breast care servicesContribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practiceRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in General SurgeryFellowship or advanced training in Breast Surgery / Breast Oncology / Oncoplastic Breast Surgery preferredBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualificationMinimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience, preferably with significant breast surgery experienceStrong experience in breast cancer surgery and management of benign breast diseasesExperience in oncoplastic breast surgery and multidisciplinary breast care is highly desirableEligible for DHA Consultant classification/license in DubaiExcellent communication and patient-management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits packageMedical insuranceAnnual leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policyProfessional development and CME opportunitiesModern multidisciplinary healthcare environmentLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
