NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.NRL, operating under M42 Healthcare, is seeking a Consultant Clinical Pathologist with subspecialty expertise in Hematopathology.ResponsibilitiesInterpret and report complex hematopathology cases, including bone marrow biopsies, lymph node specimens, and peripheral blood disorders.Correlate morphology with immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular findings to issue comprehensive and clinically relevant diagnostic reports.Provide expert consultative support to clinicians and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions where required.Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety protocols. Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of hematopathology diagnostic workflows in line with international best practices.Support teaching, mentoring, and professional development of junior medical or laboratory staff as needed.QualificationsMedical degree with recognized specialist certification in Hematopathology, such as CCT, CCST, American Board, or an equivalent Tier 1 qualification. Eligibility for licensure with the relevant UAE health authority. Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialization experience in hematopathology, ideally within a tertiary care or reference laboratory setting. Strong expertise in advanced diagnostic techniques, including flow cytometry and molecular hematopathology. Excellent diagnostic judgment, reporting ability, and communication skills.Prior experience in accreditation-focused, high-complexity laboratory environments will be an advantage. NRL and its associated pathology services operate within highly accredited laboratory settings.
